BFS was established in the 1980’s and today provides specialist invoice and asset based funding to SME’s.
The business has grown successfully since then and today operates in 16 counties and 19 offices in the UK. The UK strategy was developed in 2014, but there had been no formal global strategy.
Whitecap was appointed in August 2015, to help develop the 4-year international business strategy to 2019, incorporating a new vision, mission and key initiatives to drive the growth ambitions of the company. Subsequently, Whitecap was appointed to support aspects of the strategy implementation.
