Ramsdens has evolved from a pawnbroking business established in 1987, and now has a strong retail base with over 120 stores.

As part of its portfolio of services it has a growing online jewellery and watch division. Whitecap was appointed to undertake an independent appraisal of the ecommerce performance, assess competitor activity and make recommendations to help accelerate growth of this division. Recommendations included site optimisation, digital marketing, in-house resources and processes, as well as platform infrastructure.
