Visualsoft’s ecommerce platform has been built on a strong technical solution with the capability to provide a highly effective customer focused platform and digital marketing solution for online retailers. The Visualsoft board wanted an evaluation of their digital marketing and client service through the lens of one their retail partners – this way they could clearly see how well service proposition was delivering value to their clients.
Working closely with Visualsoft and one of their key clients, Whitecap was brought in to assess the digital and marketing performance of Visualsoft’s proposition, and identify areas where improvements could be made. Our aim was to highlight where Visualsoft could enhance its proposition to its clients, in the context of the planning, execution and reporting of digital marketing activity.
Whitecap began by understanding Visualsoft’s proposition and benchmarking its client against other online retailers. We analysed the end to end customer journey from the key digital marketing/traffic generation channels right through to on-site engagement and conversion. A detailed report was produced which provided an independent review of the performance of these channels, including identifying key strengths and areas for improvement.
