Foluso is a strategy and innovation consultant with extensive experience gained from delivering innovation programs, business growth initiatives, and commercial due diligence engagements for clients across multiple sectors: technology, telecommunications, consumer goods, and food/feed ingredients.
He has core competencies in areas such as: market opportunity assessment; value proposition development; business model optimisation; development/review of business plans and economic models.
Foluso has worked with leading brands such as Sony, Samsung, Unilever, P&G, Nestle, and Imerys to Identify and prioritise white space opportunities (products, services, new territories/categories). Opportunity development through trends mapping/activation. Proposition development based on identifying: target customer need states, unique solution attributes, technology scouting, and concept development.
Prior to joining Whitecap, Foluso held senior consulting roles including: Senior Innovation Consultant at Mintel; Consulting Director at Yet2.com; Commercial Operations Manager at Vertex Data Science; and Senior Consultant at Frost & Sullivan.
Foluso holds an MBA from Imperial College, London with specialisation in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Finance. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
