Whitecap is a process and discipline focused consultancy, and as a result we are sector agnostic, although we have strength and experience in service-related sectors. The bulk of the consultancy’s work is generated via recommendation and referrals.
Each of the five Directors has significant experience in corporates, and as a result, each has experience of developing and implementing growth strategies. This means that we understand the issues and day-to-day priorities faced by our clients and we can work effectively as an extension of the senior management team.
Given the firm’s experience in Financial Services and Technology, FinTech has become an important sector for Whitecap. In partnership with a client, Whitecap hosted the first FinTech North conference in April 2016. Following a successful second event in April 2017, Whitecap Consulting and White Label Crowdfunding incorporated FinTech North as a legal entity in December 2017. Whitecap is also involved in FinTech West – a similar initiative in the South West of England.
