Natasha has over 15 years of commercial and not-for-profit experience, both internationally and in the UK. Natasha has worked with large companies such as British Telecom and Infosys, as well as smaller organisations including 3a Telecom, N-Gage, and multi-award winning international recruitment firm, Amoria Bond (Ltd and GMbH).
Natasha has a strong track record of success and delivery. As a Transformation Programme Director at British Telecom, she influenced and shaped corporate strategy, and led numerous complex change programmes delivering sustainable business improvement and (£m) cost savings.
Natasha has a broad and proven skill-set, including strategic business analysis, planning and implementation; programme and project management; multi-level management mentoring; and operational and organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
Having enjoyed her experience working in India in a senior 3rd party supplier management role earlier in her career at BT, Natasha took the opportunity to temporarily relocate to Germany in 2014, where she worked with Amoria Bond GMbH. She has helped the company to define it’s operating model and business plan, and her cost transformation strategies and market analysis inputs have enabled the business to continue to grow whilst protecting their existing business and reducing their cost-base. Natasha’s success in enabling organisational change is underpinned by her prioritisation of effective engagement and management of the people impacted.
Natasha is focused on helping organisations to deliver tangible and sustainable change that enables their business to grow and succeed. She has a Master’s Degree from Manchester University, and is an accredited Prince 2 Practitioner. Natasha supports a number of UK and international charitable organisations. She has travelled extensively in South America, and in Zambia, where she has worked on development projects with local communities.
