Barsa has successfully completed numerous transaction projects in sectors including Manufacturing & Engineering; Business Process Management; Social Housing & Public Sector; Energy & Environmental; Events; Media, Information & Technology; Consumer; and Training & Education. On these projects she dealt with competitor analysis, market review, emerging trends, innovation, new markets, routes to market, customer experience and customer retention.

Barsa has previously worked in marketing consumer and institutional finance with India’s largest banks and the international development sector in India and the UK with end clients like UK Department for International Development for whom she identified best practice and produced case studies on strategy. She has an MBA in Marketing and a first class honours BSC . On her MBA she focused on FMCG and food retail, conducting consumer surveys, focus groups and product launches.

Barsa writes fiction and poetry and her interests include dance, theatre, art, food and birds.
