Omar has a strong track record of supporting business leaders through the provision of detailed business analysis and the development and implementation of practical, strategic business plans.
He has particular experience working in large financial services organisations in both London and the Middle East, including Barclays Wealth & Investment Management and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and has supported senior leaders at other large global wealth managers.
At Barclays, Omar worked as Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Middle East and North Africa region, and was responsible for supporting and advising the MENA Executive Committee with all aspects of their business strategy and regional growth plans.
He has spent time advising HNW and UHNW individuals in both the UK and the Middle East, providing multi-asset class investment solutions and wealth structuring advice. Omar has completed the CFA’s Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
More recently, Omar has gained significant experience within the UK real estate market having spent over 2 years supporting a real estate investment, development and lettings business with the successful design and ongoing implementation of a full financial, operational and strategic restructure and growth plan.
Omar has a passion for not-for-profit projects, having co-founded his first social enterprise at the age of 21. He also founded a charitable foundation which generates funds from the UK real estate sector to support underprivileged children and communities around the world.
A keen sports enthusiast, Omar is a qualified tennis and cricket coach, having played both sports at a representative level as a junior.
