Nick has broad retail and FMCG category and commercial experience over 20 years. For 10 years with Nestle UK he fulfilled a number of category management roles internally and externally with the multiple grocers and c-store sector.
More recently Nick has gained significant senior retail experience with Morrisons and Costcutter, leading trading teams and category management functions across multiple ambient, fresh and frozen categories. His most recent experience was leading the merchandising function of the MENA regions’ largest supermarket operator.
Nick uses his knowledge of retail and supplier requirements to deliver practical strategy and tactics to deliver incremental growth. His broad, multi-discipline experience coupled with strong operational understanding of retail enables him to operationalise business and category strategies. He also has broad experience in Own Label field having launched numerous categories in retail.
