Neil has 6 years’ experience working across Strategy, Operations and Programme Management consulting roles in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. Neil has worked on major change programmes for pharma clients including asset transfers and organisation redesign as well as supporting the formation of new life sciences consortia in the UK and overseas

Neil has a deep scientific background, attaining a PhD in organic chemistry from Imperial College London. Neil takes a logical and structured approach to problem solving and communication, often involving highly technical and complex subject matter. The consulting tool-kit that Neil has developed over 6 years at a top firm enables him to bring his problem-solving skills to bare on a variety of high-profile and high-pressure engagements.

Neil is focussed on helping clients to develop practical strategies and to translate them into pragmatic change programs that can deliver the goals they set out to achieve. As an example, Neil recently led of team of consultants to design and implement a new entity in Puerto Rico to attract Clinical Trial activity to the island. This entity is now successfully attracting clients from across the world, providing novel therapies to Puerto Rican patients and providing jobs for Healthcare professionals.

Neil’s specialisms within the Pharmaceutical industry include R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and Pricing & Reimbursement. Neil also has extensive experience working with multi-stakeholder life sciences consortia seeking to fund and promote innovative research into novel therapies.

In addition to consulting in the Pharmaceutical industry, Neil has a great passion for the wine industry and is studying for a diploma in Wine and Spirits with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
