Mark has more than 10 years of director-level experience of designing and delivering Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Transformation and Organisational Development primarily in the Telecommunications and Health sectors.
Mark’s broad experience ideally positions him to help businesses crystallise their strategic goals, build actionable plans and ensure they have the right team in place to deliver them effectively.
Having spent part of his career in BT, Mark has a had a variety of senior roles in the telecommunications sector, including Marketing & Strategy Director of BT Redcare (where he led the repositioning of the brand and its customer propositions) and Transformation Director for BT’s UK operations. He also has strong experience in the UK health sector, working as an advisor to a range of technology providers, and for the past 6 years has been a director of a major Teaching Hospital. He has a first degree in Electronic Engineering and an MSc in Telecommunications Management and has studied in the UK, France and the USA.
Mark has considerable experience of working at board level with organisations who want to move their business to the next stage through capitalising on their success to date and focusing on future growth options. He has expertise in building and coaching management teams and in pre and post-acquisition alignment of organisations. Mark has first-hand experience of designing and executing strategy to deliver sustainable profitability for the organisations with which he has worked.
Mark loves skiing, but just wishes he could find more time to do it!
