Manjit has over 15 years’ experience in strategy, insight and customer journey design across retail, education and financial services.

Her broad experience has enabled her to develop and implement competitor analysis and market positioning strategies, customer segmentations with clearly defined business objectives, and redesign customer journeys across physical and digital.  Manjit has worked with businesses and brands including: Sainsbury’s/Argos, National Express and the Post Office.  Working with multidisciplinary teams has enabled her to develop viable business plans, backed with solid business cases and implementation plans that have delivered sustainable customer benefits and cost savings.  This has left her equipped to provide a strong commercial and customer-centric perspective.

Manjit has an MBA from Bradford University School of Management.
