London South Bank University required a clear set of business requirements for a new student records system. Whitecap worked with key university stakeholders to understand these requirements.
From our analysis of the current state, our conclusion was that a new replacement system would be unlikely to be effective as a “straight switchover”. It was evident that both a cultural change and user-centric service delivery model need to be facilitated.
Whitecap developed the business case to design and develop the future Target Operating Model – a major transformation covering customer journey, processes and technology.
“Whitecap approached our programme with ambition, vision and professionalism. Together we co-created a business case for an exciting whole institution transformation programme, establishing the buy-in of our Executive Team, Governors, staff and students. A year on, the foundation which Whitecap enabled us to create is the basis for a new approach to our student journey.” – Professor Shân Wareing, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) & Chief Operating Officer
